Real self-defense. Real Bay Area situations.

BAY AREA

You don’t get to choose where something goes wrong.
You can choose whether you’ve trained for it.

The opponent is real life.

YOU DON’T NEED
ANOTHER BELT.
YOU NEED OPTIONS.

The person harassing you on the street doesn’t care about your belt. The person trying to get into your car isn’t going to bow first.

Real violence is messy. Unexpected. And sometimes it begins long before anybody throws a punch.

That’s why we start there.

On your commute

Someone follows you off BART. What happens next?

In a parking garage

You’re alone. A stranger starts closing distance.

On a date

Someone starts ignoring your boundaries.

At your own door

Someone follows you in. Someone blocks the exit.

Not paranoia. Preparation.

RECOGNIZE IT. RESPOND EARLY. GET OUT.

More information. More options. More confidence in what you do next.

Your starting point / Level 01

Before your first class

GOOD QUESTIONS.
STRAIGHT ANSWERS.

No. Level 1 is specifically designed for beginners. You don’t need previous training or fighting experience.

You’ve probably said it before.

“I REALLY SHOULD LEARN
SELF-DEFENSE.”

You don’t need to change your entire life. Give Dr. Kelly four weeks.
